Heading out I'm usually on a mission, with so many thoughts and to do lists in my head. When I reach this one hillcrest, I never cease to stop in my tracks and take in the city view. There's something about that moment which causes my perspective to shift and for my running thoughts to pause. Peace usually floods my heart and I not only see life differently, but my pace and focus changes to a better place.
